DR. DAVE'S FITNESS FACTS How long should your workout last?
A typical work out should never last more than 90 minutes. If it does, you are trying to do too much or you are working too slowly. Most of the time, a general conditioning workout (stretching, cardio and weights) can be performed in 45-60 minutes. Time is a valuable resource, so make your workouts efficient.
