DR. DAVE'S FITNESS FACTS

How Much Should You Eat?
by Dr. David Williams

A quick and simple way to determine your daily caloric needs is to multiply your body weight by 13.

A 200-pound man would need approximately 2600 (200 x 13 = 2600) calories per day to maintain his body weight.

If he eats less than that, he will lose weight. If he eats more than 2600, he will gain weight.
