DR. DAVE'S FITNESS FACTS How Much Should You Eat?
A quick and simple way to determine your daily caloric needs is to multiply your body weight by 13. A 200-pound man would need approximately 2600 (200 x 13 = 2600) calories per day to maintain his body weight. If he eats less than that, he will lose weight. If he eats more than 2600, he will gain weight. If you have any questions regarding fitness and wellness, please feel free to contact me at (817) 648-6999. |
